General Policy
Due to the nature of consulting services and event planning, all fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or event commitments have been made. However, we strive for client satisfaction and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Consulting Services Refund Eligibility
For consulting services, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as contractually agreed
- Cancellation occurs within 24 hours of initial payment and before any work has begun
- Mutual agreement between both parties to terminate services
- Failure to deliver services due to circumstances within our control
These refund terms apply unless otherwise specified in a signed consulting agreement.
Event Registration Policy
Conference and event registration fees are non-refundable. We understand that circumstances change, so we offer the following alternatives:
- Ticket Transfer: We will make reasonable efforts to help transfer your registration to another person, but cannot guarantee successful transfers
- Event Cancellation by Organizer: Full refund if we cancel the event
- Substitutions: Name changes for registrations are allowed at no additional cost
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- All event registration fees and conference tickets
- All sponsorship fees and agreements
- Consulting services that have been delivered as agreed
- Partial completion of milestone-based projects
- Change of mind or business direction
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at contact@convivialtech.com within 30 days of payment
- Provide detailed reasons for the refund request
- Include relevant documentation or correspondence
- Allow 5-10 business days for review and response
Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method. Refund amounts may be adjusted for any work completed or third-party costs incurred.
Partial Refunds
For ongoing projects, partial refunds may be considered based on:
- Percentage of work completed
- Milestones achieved
- Resources expended
- Time invested
Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage open communication to resolve any concerns. We're committed to finding mutually acceptable solutions.
