Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Convivial Tech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
Convivial Tech provides technology consulting and event services including:
- Product development consulting
- Technical leadership guidance
- Technology strategy and planning
- Conference and workshop organization
- Event management and coordination
- Sponsorship facilitation and management
For consulting services, these terms apply unless otherwise specified in a signed consulting agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as outlined in your service agreement or event registration terms. We accept payments via credit card through our third-party payment processor. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Event Registration Terms
For conferences and events:
- Registration fees are due at time of registration unless otherwise specified
- Attendee cancellations must follow the refund policy timelines
- Event changes or cancellations will be handled according to our refund policy
- Sponsors are subject to separate sponsorship agreements
Client and Participant Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate in good faith during service delivery or event participation
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
- Follow event codes of conduct and safety guidelines
- Respect other participants and maintain professional behavior
Event-Specific Responsibilities
Event attendees and sponsors additionally agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information including dietary and accessibility needs
- Comply with venue policies and local regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights of speakers and content creators
- Honor sponsor agreements and branding guidelines
Intellectual Property
All work product created specifically for you becomes your property upon full payment. General methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge remain the property of Convivial Tech.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Convivial Tech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Convivial Tech operates.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
